You don't sell MonaVie by distributing it to your local grocery store or liquor store. You sell MonaVie through utilizing your own personal networks of people. This can include friends, family, co-workers, etc.
Many people within MonaVie throw MonaVie tasting parties where they invite people over to try the product and see if they would like to sign up. People have been known to make Mona-tinis (a MonaVie Martini) or MonaVie Margaritas as well.
However, you can also utilize opportunities to distribute MonaVie to service oriented businesses. By service oriented this means the business provides a service as their primary avenue of business. Examples of service oriented businesses that you could either sell to or have them sign up to become a distributor would be:
Doctor's Offices
Chiropractic Offices
Gyms
Hair Salons
Nail Salons
Real Estate Offices
